Refund Policy:
At AlgoAlpha, we strictly do not offer refunds for cancellations due to reasons such as unsatisfactory experience or accidental purchases due to the possibility of customers exploiting the system. Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate orders. A duplicate order is defined as an identical subscription or product purchase made more than once within a short period of time due to a technical error or mistake. Open-source content published via the official AlgoAlpha account on Tradingview (https://www.tradingview.com/u/AlgoAlpha/) is provided under a limited license that permits modification and remixing solely for non-commercial purposes. Any such derivative works must be released under an equivalent open-source license, include clear attribution to @AlgoAlpha, and shall be made available in a form that allows continued open access. Furthermore, AlgoAlpha reserves the right to review and, if necessary, revoke or request modifications to any user-generated derivative works that may adversely affect our reputation or proprietary interests.
Any unauthorized use—including, but not limited to, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or the unauthorized access of closed-source scripts (regardless of paywall status)—constitutes a violation of these Terms and will be subject to immediate enforcement through all available legal and equitable remedies.
