At AlgoAlpha, we strictly do not offer refunds for cancellations due to reasons such as unsatisfactory experience or accidental purchases due to the possibility of customers exploiting the system. Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate orders. If you believe you have been charged for a duplicate order or for similar reasons and wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support for assistance. If you want to trial our services, you can request a free trial for some of our services from customer support.

Users are only allowed to modify/remix open-source codes uploaded from the official AlgoAlpha account on Tradingview and are required to credit @AlgoAlpha if they choose to republish those works. Users are also restricted to only using the works for non-commercial purposes and are required to publish all remixed/modified works as open-source should they choose to publish those works. Reverse engineering or obtaining unauthorized access to close-source scripts regardless of whether the works are behind a paywall or not is also not permitted, hence doing anything with such materials violates our terms and conditions. Unless explicitly stated in these Terms, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities such as selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying, publishing, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works from the materials without obtaining prior written consent from AlgoAlpha. Regardless of whether the works are behind a paywall or not, your access to the works of AlgoAlpha does not grant you any ownership rights to the works in any form.
